Week of May 23rd-27th
Math - First Grade and Kindergarten are working on an end of the year review. There will be no homework for kindergarten and first grade. Second Grade is working on fractions and length word problems.
Literacy - All testing is completed. The PALS results has been shared with you. If you have questions or concerns, let us know. Their F & P scores will be on their end of the year report cards. Our mini lessons have been focused on life cycles to go along with our science unit.
Projects: The students are currently working on writing a research report of the life cycle they chose. We will conclude by making a project to show the stages of the life cycle and students will get to share their projects and reports.
No baby chicks yet, but we are starting to see cracks.. we think! :)
May 23rd- Middle School Band performance at i4L 9:00-9:45
May 24rd- Bike to School Day/ Bike Safety 8:45-12:00
May 27- Field Trip to Milwaukee County Zoo (WEAR GREEN i4L SHIRTS). Be here by 8:45am! Chaperones riding the bus, please bring a bag or small cooler to keep your groups' lunches in. Each group will have roughly 4-5 students you'll need to be responsible for. If you're meeting us there, please remember to bring money for parking and admission. Any questions, please ask :)
